By accessing or using thecurling.club ("the Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of Service

thecurling.club is a free Canadian curling club directory. We allow curling clubs and their authorised representatives to submit, claim, and maintain listings on the Site at no charge.

Accounts

• →You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• →You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• →You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission
• →You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account

Club Listings

By submitting or updating a club listing you confirm that:

• →You are authorised to represent the club or provide the information
• →The information is accurate and up to date
• →The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

• ✕Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
• ✕Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• ✕Scrape or harvest data from the Site without written permission
• ✕Interfere with the Site's operation or security

Intellectual Property

The Site design, code, and original content are the property of Skynr Labs. Club names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective clubs. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skynr Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
